Orthopaedic Surgeon - Director of the Large Joints Clinic of the Medical Group
Ioannis Tsarouchas was born in Karditsa in 1963. He is married and father of two children.
After completing his studies in Medicine, he received his specialty in Orthopaedics at the University Clinic of the KAT Hospital.
After obtaining his residency, he remained as a paid research associate in the same clinic for two years.
He completed his doctoral thesis and was sworn in as a Doctor of the University of Athens in 1999.
From 1999 to 2013 he worked at the "Henry Dunant" Hospital, where he was the Director of the 1st Orthopaedic Clinic.
Today he works at the Athens Medical Center as Director of the Orthopaedic Clinic of Large Joints.
He deals with the full range of orthopaedic cases and sports injuries, specialising in knee and hip osteoarthritis and their revisions.
To date, he has performed a large number of surgeries, and is constantly updated on the developments of surgical techniques and all the scientific publications that take place worldwide in the field of
